Aaloo Bhujia - A Simple Yet delicious Curry

             Aaloo Bhujia or Aaloo ki bhujia is a simple dish made with potatoes. You can easily make this dish at home with simple ingredients. Try and enjoy the Recipe of Aloo Ki Bhujia.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes                1 Kg
  • Tamarind pulp       Half cup
  • Mint                         Half bunch
  • Coriander                Half bunch
  • Ginger                     1" piece
  • Garlic                      9-10 cloves
  • Raw turmeric         Half inch piece
  • Cinnamon stick     1

    Method
    1. Cut potatoes into a round shape. Heat the oil in a pan and put cumin seeds and cinnamon stick and fry for a few seconds.
    2. Add the potatoes and fry for some time. Then add ginger, garlic, green chili, turmeric, and fry the mixture.
    3. After frying for 2 minutes add tamarind pulp and cover the pan on medium flame. Cook for 10 minutes.
    4. Your Aaloo bhujia is ready. Add green coriander and mint and serve with naan.
