Ingredients
- Potatoes 1 Kg
- Tamarind pulp Half cup
- Mint Half bunch
- Coriander Half bunch
- Ginger 1" piece
- Garlic 9-10 cloves
- Raw turmeric Half inch piece
- Cinnamon stick 1
Method
- Cut potatoes into a round shape. Heat the oil in a pan and put cumin seeds and cinnamon stick and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the potatoes and fry for some time. Then add ginger, garlic, green chili, turmeric, and fry the mixture.
- After frying for 2 minutes add tamarind pulp and cover the pan on medium flame. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Your Aaloo bhujia is ready. Add green coriander and mint and serve with naan.
