e is for.....

Following on from 2012 being brought to Chez Joy by the letter "e"
This week, the "e" theme was hanging around my stream of consciousness all week.

No one cuts to the heart of the matter like C.S. Lewis.
He's my go-to guy on so many occasions.
{By the way, have you ever seen the movie Shadowlands with Anthony Hopkins as C.S. Lewis?  AMAZING.  My friend Jane and I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed....I'm talking there was snot involved.  We saw it years ago at the movies in Double Bay and went for supper at The Cosmopolitan afterwards.  We were not fit for polite society we were so traumatised.  It was fantastic.}


One of my favourite quotes of his is captured in the first few lines of this amazing song.
I listen to it regularly.....particularly in times of frustration and confusion.
